1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the b8888 platform (the "Platform"), you ("Player," "User," or "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and b8888 ("we," "us," or "the Company").

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account on b8888, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming;
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity;
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of play;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of b8888 or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of such a person;
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by b8888 or PAGCOR;
• You have not previously had a b8888 account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

b8888 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3 Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration. To access the full features of b8888, you must complete the registration process and create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes .

3.2 One Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one active b8888 account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If b8888 discovers that a player holds more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be suspended, any bonuses claimed across those accounts will be voided, and balances may be forfeited at b8888's sole discretion.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your b8888 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. b8888 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify b8888 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC). b8888 is required to verify the identity of all players in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations. You agree to submit valid government-issued identification (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys ID, driver's license) and any other documentation reasonably requested by b8888. Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. b8888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions must be conducted using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.

4.2 Deposits. Deposits are credited to your b8888 account in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed at the time of transaction. b8888 does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply their own charges. b8888 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. b8888 aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 15 minutes during normal operating hours, though processing times may vary. b8888 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal.

4.4 Currency. All transactions on b8888 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). b8888 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences applied by your bank or payment provider.

4.5 Inactive Accounts. Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. b8888 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive account balances in accordance with its dormancy policy, as notified to players in advance.

5 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.1 General. b8888 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; unused bonus funds will expire at the end of the validity period.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. b8888 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or participating in coordinated bonus exploitation with other players.

5.4 Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible players only. b8888 reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion, including players who have previously breached these Terms.

6 Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on b8888 is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

6.2 Random Number Generators. All b8888 casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. b8888 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

6.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure, b8888 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the player's account. b8888 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

6.4 Disputed Results. If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must notify b8888 within 72 hours of the disputed event by contacting [email protected]. b8888 will investigate the dispute and its decision shall be final and binding.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the b8888 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including the use of stolen payment methods, false identity documents, or chargeback fraud;
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the Platform;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity;
• Registering on behalf of another person or allowing another person to use your account;
• Engaging in any conduct that b8888 reasonably determines to be abusive, threatening, or harmful to other players or b8888 staff.

8 Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability. b8888 strives to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond b8888's control. b8888 shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform unavailability.

8.2 Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, b8888's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.3 Exclusions. b8888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if b8888 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9 Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Termination by Player. You may close your b8888 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be refunded to your verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

9.2 Termination by b8888. b8888 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if it determines that you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms violation, b8888 may forfeit your account balance.

9.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request self-exclusion through our Responsible Gaming tools. Self-excluded players will be prevented from accessing their b8888 account for the duration of the exclusion period. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed before the elected period expires.

10 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through b8888's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

b8888 operates under PAGCOR guidelines. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed by b8888 may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.

11 Amendments to These Terms

b8888 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.
